1. The website https://pppunit.minfin.gov.gr/ belongs to the Ministry of Economy & Finance. The said website, through technologically advanced online infrastructures and open source software applications, offers to everyone (hereinafter, user/visitor) information services and technological applications about the PPP Unit of the Ministry of Economy & Finance under the following terms of protection of personal data.. The user/visitor of the websites of the PPP Unit of the Ministry of Economy & Finance is invited to carefully read the terms of the data protection policy and to use/visit its websites/services only if he/she fully accepts them.

Complying with the Law, the PPP Unit of the Ministry of Economy & Finance reserves every right to use or disclose any information it has collected, in any case in which it believes in good faith that the Law requires it, and/or in any case it believes that illegal activity is taking place or is about to take place, or in order to strengthen or protect its rights, its property, its safety, as well as the safety of the users/visitors of this website or in order to respond to any situation of force majeure.
4.5. In the event that the user/visitor of the website of the PPP Unit of the Ministry of Economy & Finance wishes to change or delete personal data from its files, he/she should notify the PPP Unit of the Ministry of Economy & Finance, expressly stating their desired change or deletion.
